Job Description Highlights:

Location: Allen, TX

Role Scope and Requirements:
The TOCA Leagues Coordinator is a full-time, hourly position that works directly with the Leagues Manager in all areas of the soccer leagues tournaments and rentals businesses; including recruitment, retention, and scheduling. This select individual is responsible for upholding the mission of TOCA Leagues through community, friendly competition, and fun at all levels. This role will include weekday evenings and weekends.
- Manage team and player recruitment by attending soccer events and other local events in the community, contacting former and new players via social media and within database
- Create team, division, and league schedules and be present during scheduled events
- Speak to all players and captains
- Update and post on social media
- Resolve on-field & off-field issues
- Make certain leagues are running timely and properly
- Make certain referees and employees arrive on time and perform duties
- Make sure all game results are recorded and entered properly and timely
- Assisting the Leagues Manager with projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong track record of building strong, trusting relationships
- Experience in playing or coaching soccer at the club level or higher is preferred
- College degree is preferred
- Passion for soccer, sports, and athletes that is contagious
- Positive attitude, high character, relationship builder and a team player
- Desire to follow our specific educational and training program
- Willingness to learn: An individual that is teachable, coachable, moldable, and a continuous learner
- Team leadership skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Communicate effectively the mission, values and vision of our company
- Knowledge on multiple technological platforms is preferred
- Ability to use technology to help the company before more efficient and effective
