Job Description Highlights:

Reports To: Austin Prebelich

Location: Wixom, MI

Role Scope & Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with an ability to lead individual player development and collective team development. The Baseball EA should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and be able to resolve conflict in a professional manner. This position reports to the Baseball Manager and is responsible for ensuring guests have a great experience during their time at TOCA along with maintaining the cleanliness of all fields and facility property. 

Job Functions: 

  • Assist with tournament and game operations. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Collection of gate fees. 
    • Setting up home run fencing.
    • Working with Tourney Machine / Daysmart to input scores, schedules, and more.
    • Turning on and off Lights when needed.
    • Working with umpires to get game balls, scores, keep schedules on track and more. 
    • Adjustments of pitching mounds / bases. 
    • Setting up home run fencing.
    • Removal of trash / debris from fields 
    • Field grooming / maintenance /Repairing fencing / hitting cages
    • Rock removal 
    • Weeding / removal of rocks

  • We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our  training facility team as an Experience Associate.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests, teammates, and leadership.
  • Passion for creating an inviting and welcoming environment that aligns with TOCA Soccer Training's values.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time
  • Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 35+
